Orders & Shipping

Do you ship internationally? Yes, we ship worldwide. No matter where you are, we will get your order to you.

How long will my order take to arrive? All orders are processed and dispatched within one to three business days of being placed. Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Once your order is on its way, you will receive tracking information so you can follow it the whole way.

Will I receive tracking information? Absolutely. As soon as your order is dispatched you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it? If your order has not yet been dispatched we will do everything we can to accommodate the change. Get in touch with us as quickly as possible at hello@thebwstore.com and we will look into it right away.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy? We offer a 14-day return policy on eligible products. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resaleable condition. To start a return simply reach out to us at hello@thebwstore.com and we will guide you through the process.

What if my product arrives damaged or faulty? Contact us within seven days of receiving your order and we will make it right, whether that means a replacement or a full refund. We take product quality seriously and we stand behind everything we sell.

How long do refunds take? Once your return has been received and assessed, refunds are typically processed within three to five business days back to your original payment method.
